Privacy Policy
Builders of X is a public directory of builders and their companies. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what you can ask us to change.
Public builder profiles
The information shown on builder cards — name, X handle, role, location, bio, projects, skills and what you're building — is published by design so other builders can discover and connect with you. Builder cards are created either by builders themselves (claimed profiles) or from publicly available information. If a card was created from public data and you'd like it removed or corrected, contact us at orbit28tech@gmail.com and we'll act on your request.
Account data
When you create an account we store your email address and authentication details with our platform provider. We never publish your email address, and saved ideas, follows and connections are visible only to you.
Payments
Pro subscriptions and sponsor placements are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details; we only keep a record of your purchase so your access can be activated.
Analytics
We use aggregate analytics to understand how the directory is used — for example, anonymous session counts shown as live visitor badges, and outbound click counts shown to sponsors. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
