Terms of Service
By using Builders of X you agree to these terms. Builders of X is a public directory of builders, their projects and their companies.
Directory content
Company revenue figures, team sizes and other metrics shown in the directory are source-reported by the founders or the original public source. They are not independently audited and are not a guarantee of commercial viability. AI-generated assessments on company pages are analysis, not verified fact.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you publish on your builder card and company listings. By publishing, you allow Builders of X to display that content on the site and in its feeds (including social posts that feature directory companies).
Pro access
BuildersOfX Pro unlocks the full idea database, filters and saved-idea library for the duration of your plan. Plans are billed through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. Because directory data cannot be "returned", refunds for partially used periods are handled case by case — write to orbit28tech@gmail.com.
Fair use
Don't scrape the directory at scale, misrepresent data you submit, or use the site to harass builders. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules.
